Marcus is a small cattery, owned by Mark and
David, located 65 miles from Washington DC in the Shenandoah Mountains. Our
breeding program is devoted to the Persian breed and we are working with
particolors, bicolors, and solids (except whites). We were established in 1973
and since then we have produced some top examples of the Persian breed,
achieving numerous Grand Champions as well as regional and national wins. Our
goal is to produce cats that are healthy, well adjusted, and come as close as
possible to meeting the written standard for the breed. Continue on to the next
